UPDATE:    

 If you were an approved applicant in 2024 or 2023, and there have not been any additional children added to your household.  

You will only need to upload your picture i.d. at the end of your application.

All other applicants please follow the upload directions at the bottom of the application.

Please note that we are only servicing children, ages 6 months to 14 years.

Children turning 15 before December 25, 2025, will not be serviced.
